There is no delivery fee, but your order must meet a $50 minimum.
For inquiries that are over 20 miles from our specified cities, we require a $150 minimum for delivery.
We aim to deliver your order within 45-60 minutes. Delayed orders may be up to 90 minutes due to traffic conditions, weather conditions, or other situations that may cause slight delays.

If you're having trouble getting set up, please call/text our direct line with the following information and we'd be more than happy to assist you:
• Picture of valid government issues ID or passport
• Photo of yourself holding your ID for verification

We are a delivery service only! We're more than happy to have your order delivered straight to your door or curbside!
Absolutely! Simply let us know the date and time and we will follow up the day of and prior to your delivery to ensure we get to you at the specified date and time!
Pick ups are not available at this time as we are delivery only!
Each and every one of our employees are required to thoroughly wash their hands upon arrival in our office. Any product that is handled will be done so with protective gear and all our drivers will be delivering with the appropriate PPE and face masks.

No returns, exchange, or refund after 24 hours. All sales are final unless defective.
Defective products will not be exchanged after 3 days from purchase date.
Due to state regulations, we are unable to exchange any opened products.
Exchanges may be made same day within 1 hour of your delivery and full refunds will not be accepted for any damaged products that is the customers fault.
We are cash only. Please inform dispatcher if change is needed. Driver does not carry excess change.
